Multi Photo Frames is a dedicated website for ordering made-to-order multi-photo frames and picture frames, and is owned and operated by The Picture Gallery based in Bedford. The Picture Gallery is a family business and was established in 1986.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment gateway. Please note: Your payment receipt will show 'The Picture Gallery' which is our registered business name.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All our frames are made to order and will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receipt of order and sent out on a next day delivery service. Please note: Next day delivery is from the dispatch date and NOT the order date, and is for addresses in the UK mainland only. Other areas outside the UK mainland will take 2 days in transit.

Where do you deliver to?
At present we deliver to addresses in the UK mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, The Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Delivery is free to most of the UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, where extra charges apply due to the distance involved, this is indicated at the checkout when you enter your postcode.

To avoid any confusion our courier classes the following postcodes as either the Highlands or Islands of Scotland. This is for pricing purposes only and is not intended to be geographically correct. Unfortunately, these extra charges are beyond our control.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, not. All the frames offered on our website are hand-made to order when an order is placed. We do not keep stock of any of the frames, they are not off-the-shelf products, and they are not imported from China, they are all hand-made to order by skilled craftsmen when an order is placed. For this reason we are unable to accept returns on correctly supplied goods.

I ordered a white mount, why does my mount look blue or pink?
All our frames are supplied with clear acrylic glazing. The glazing has a protective film on BOTH SIDES of the acrylic. One side is either blue or pink, and the other side is clear film, you need to remove both sides of the protective film and you will see that your mount is white so please do not panic!

What are your frames made of?
All our frames are hand-made in our factory by skilled craftsmen and are made of wood.

Can I have glass instead of acrylic with my order?
All orders sent by courier will be fitted with acrylic glazing for safety reasons. If you would like to collect your order from our factory, we can fit it with glass, but you would need to request this when placing your order by adding a comment to your order when checking out.

Do you print the photos for me?
Unfortunately not. Our multi photo frames are designed to fit your own photos printed at your local print shop, or you can have your photos printed online. Please make sure you buy the correct size aperture frame to fit your photos.

What size photos will I need?
We make all our multi photo frames to hold standard size photos. When you select a layout and style it will tell you the size of the photos required. The apertures allow for an overlap on the photos, so your photos sit neatly behind the aperture. For instance, a 6”x4” aperture will hold a 6”x4” photo.

How do I fit the photos to the mount?
It’s best to use picture framing tape or masking tape, and simply tape the top of each photo to the mount by lining it up from the front. Don’t tape the photo on all sides as you will find that the photo may ripple. Please see example below.

How do I fit the fixings supplied with my frame?
You will need to screw the fixings into the back of the frame on each side about a third of the way down as shown in the example below.

Can I have a different colour mount than what is offered on the website?
We can supply other colours such as black, grey etc., please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you make bespoke size picture frames, or offer a printing and framing service?
We can make bespoke size picture frames to order. We also offer picture mounts cut to size and the option to upload your photos to have printed and framed as a single image or in one of our collage layouts. For bespoke size picture frames, picture mounts, collages printed and framed, and photos printed and framed please see our main website at www.picturegalleryuk.com

How accurate are the colours of the frames on your website?
The images we show on our website are taken from our suppliers’ website and have been taken by a professional photographer. However, due to variations in colours rendered on a computer/laptop/tablet and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that colours shown here are truly representative of the frame colour you select. If a colour match is critical to you then please ask for a sample to be sent to you by emailing us at hello@picturegalleryuk.com and we can arrange this for you.
