HOW TO DESIGN YOUR COLLAGE
1. Once you have opened the link to our collage design page select the frame you would like from the 4 frame choices shown.
2. Upload all your photos and maybe a few spares so you can change the photos around if you wish to.
3. Select an image slot and then click on an image to fill the slot.
4. Fill all the slots with your photos – You can zoom in and rotate your photos if you like.
5. Once you have finished click on the green CONFIRM button.
6. On the next page you can either edit your design or click on the ‘CONFIRM MY DESIGNS’ button.
7. Add your name and email address - which must be the same name and email address you will be using if you decide to place an order, and then click on the ‘CONFIRM MY DESIGNS’ button.
8. Now come back to this page on our website and select either the ‘White Mount’ option for a white mount to surround your photos, or the ‘Cream Mount’ option if you prefer to have a cream mount to surround your photos.
9. Now check out using the same name and email address as you used to confirm your designs, we will then pair your design with your order and you will receive a beautiful printed, mounted, and framed picture collage ready to hang on your wall.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
As this is a personalised item, we are unable to accept a return on this product. If your order arrives damaged, please read our damages policy below and report the damage within 48 hours of receipt.
DAMAGES.
All our frames are packed well in bubble wrap and triple wall boxes but sadly on very rare occasions they get damaged in transit. If your frame arrives damaged, please report this to us via email within 48 hours of receipt. To enable us to claim off our courier we will need photographic evidence of the damage. This includes photos of the damage, photos of the box, and a photo of the shipping label on the box. Once we receive photos of the damage, we will contact you and rectify this for you.
